After comparing several security providers in Regina, LS stood out for three reasons: fair pricing, excellent customer service, and a genuinely good app experience. I got new equipment throughout, updated the keypads, got sensors on the garage overhead door and the sump water level, as well as the doors. First, the monthly monitoring cost was one of the most reasonable options I found, especially considering the level of service provided. Everything was explained clearly up front, with no pressure tactics and no feeling that I was being steered into a package I didn’t actually need. Second — and this matters — they are local, and they act like it. When you call, you speak to real people who know the systems, know the city, and seem to genuinely care whether things are working properly. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare but thankfully LS is old school when it comes to this aspect. The installation itself was smooth, clean, and professional. The technician showed up on time, did clean work, explained the system properly and fully, and left everything tidy afterward. The app was another pleasant surprise. It’s fast, reliable, intuitive, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Notifications are prompt, remote access works properly, and overall the system feels modern rather than clunky. I can turn it on and off from my phone, or set it to activate and deactivate on a schedule. Overall, LS Security Systems struck me as a well-run local company that delivers solid value without unnecessary theatrics. I’d absolutely recommend them without hesitation to anyone in Regina looking for a security system; they are awesome.

Their devices are wireless, and their installation technician was quick and courteous. They use an App called Alarm.com which tracks the status and history of all their devices. Prices were reasonable, especially when compared to one of their competitors which charged almost twice as much for a wired system with fewer devices.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called the emergency line on a Sunday to see how to turn off the low battery beeping so I could sleep that night. The person who took my call was so friendly and helpful even on a Sunday evening when he could have been with family. He was able to sort it out for me and answer a few questions I had. Went into the store front on Monday to purchase a new battery. One of the staff took time to show me how to change it and explain a few things to me. It would have taken me so much extra time and so much frustration without the help. Even the monitoring staff who contacted me about the notice on Sunday morning and evening were amazing! Thank you for the amazing service! I really appreciate it!!
